"Perfect location at the center of things, but quiet. Huge room. Very clean. Loved the breakfast at a local cafe. Beautiful garden and grounds and the wallpaper and decor throughout was special. One small complaint was that the water didn't get as hot as it might have. Would stay again, though. "

"The "Fairview Room" was clean and spacious. All staff were friendly, accommodating and gracious. Many staff members were exceptionally helpful ... going out of their way to accommodate our need for "extra help" (breakfast room staff and front desk staff). Appreciated! Suggestion ... as more people are vegetarian, perhaps the breakfast menu could include Plant-based sausage and perhaps a vegetable dish ... just an idea. Thanks for a great stay (again)! "Cute quiet hotel with spacious rooms and lovely British nautical decor. Relaxing, clean, with full amenities. Breakfast was simple but healthy. Next to English pub with delicious fish and chips and chowder. Near downtown half moon bay. "
