"This house was recently gutted and renovated. The attention to detail is outstanding. Perfect location for walking to many restaurants and shops. The did a great job of maintaining some seclusion while on the property. We had trouble getting the HVAC to behave and the owner came out himself within a couple hours to solve the problem. Highly recommend if staying in this area. Within yards of beach, coffee, distillery, seafood and Italian food. Not sure what more you need. "

"Wanted to have our small multigenerational fam stay where everybody could relax and be together at the same time. The grandkids sitting on the couch poring over their tide pool books defined the stay. Beautiful all the way around. If we didn't live across the country we would come here often. "Montera Penthouse is bright and spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. It has everything you need! Everything is within walking distance or a short drive. It's also nice that it faces the back so you don't get the traffic and noise of Main Street. Plus, you can catch a good sunset from the back deck if you can't get down to the beach in time. We really enjoyed it here!"

"We were in CA for a wedding in Half Moon Bay. The check in process was easy, The owners were very responsive to our questions. The home had everything we needed for our extended stay. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities, extras, the same with the bathroom. This made our stay extremely comfortable and easy. The bedroom was spacious, a large closet with a very comfortable bed. The fenced in backyard made having our dog with us easy to let her outside. The front deck was great for...
