"The property was beautiful and very clean. The windows made it very bright and open. At night however the moonlight kept it bright making it a little difficult to sleep. Thank you for the two fans they were critical as there was no AC and it would get hot and a muggy in the room. We would air out the place when would return as it did not take long to heat up. The soaking tub was amazing. We both were able to sit in it together. A recommendation would be to add some dimmer switches in both...

"The Nantucket Penthouse was an amazing place to stay! It is decorated a little on the contemporary side, and the colors are beautiful!We had 2 adults in the master bedroom with a king bed and 3 teenagers upstairs in the loft. 2 Queen beds. The loft area has a lot of space and a good cooling system if it is a warm day or night. "The place was nice and close to the Marina. It is small but had everything we needed."

"Shower worked okay the first day. On the second day the water came out of the shower from under the glass wall and it puddled almost all the way under the bed, and under our luggage. We used all towers to wipe the floor and our belongings.Used the fans and open all windows to get everything as dry as possible before our departure.We turn off the fans and closed all windows per the check-out instructions.Place was okay, perfect location, but price is a bit too expensive for what you’re getting."

The outdoor shower was clutch post beach time and the yard allowed for our dog to enjoy the trip as much as we did. Add in the access to the coastal trail and it was unbeatable. The house is well supplied with essentials like dental items, Q-tips, foil, and lotions, Every drawer and cabinet are labeled. There is a washer and drayer. The kitchen/dining area is cozy but it works well with a circular couch. There is no stove but there is a hotplate, coffee maker, water heater, microwave and toaser. Good additions would be a broom and some dish towels. However, there are over 40 steep steps down...
