Step into the light and airy bungalow set in beautiful countryside, yet within a 10 minute drive from the bustling market town of Halesworth with numerous pubs, restaurants and shops.

The bedrooms are at the front of the house:
Bedroom 1 has a 4ft6 double bed with 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers
Bedroom 2 has a 3ft single bed, a "chairbed", chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.

The open plan living room / kitchen / diner has a sofa, armchair and a Smart TV, table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob and oven, a fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, slimline dishwasher and Dualit café plus coffee pod machine. Double doors lead out to the generous sized fenced garden.

There is parking at the front of the property.

At the rear is a spacious garden, part paved and part laid to lawn, with garden furniture for al fresco dining where you can sip a glass of your favourite tipple and watch the horses grazing in the background.
