"Check in was easy. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well appointed. Three super minor, small issues: a pan was rusting through, the bathroom fan was broken, and our blinds were stuck. Only blinds no curtains. Loved having an actual kitchenette. Bed was comfy. Plenty of storage. Very quiet. Good wifi. Great location. Would come back!"

"This is the best BnB we have ever stayed in and there has been quite a few. Love the Victorian atmosphere. We’ve been in two different suites and each is clean, comfortable and luxurious as well. "The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street."

"I was on a motorcycle trip ... I got there mid morning ... hours ahead of check in time. I was saturated from traveling on motorcycle through mountain areas in a very heavy storm. The manager moved me to a different room to let me go in early and get out of the rain, which was very much appreciated."

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."
