Apartment Hipp No. 2 - 95m² new building on the ground floor with terrace and mountain view in top location

Our vacation rental No. 2 at Raiffeisenstr. 3 in the Buching-Bayerniederhofen neighborhood offers 95 m² of living space plus a 13 m² south-facing terrace on the first floor of an apartment building and was completed in early 2021. From the apartment, you can see the Buchenberg. All rooms feature underfloor heating and are very bright and furnished in a modern yet cozy style. The bathroom features light, sand-colored tiles, and all other floors are covered with high-quality vinyl in an oak finish. The furnishings consist of new, high-quality furniture, high-quality mattresses, and more.

The vacation rental includes a numbered carport parking space, and you’ll also find ample additional parking directly next to the building. Access to the vacation rental is at ground level.

Our new building is situated in a prime location on a lot spanning over 2,600 square meters. It follows the floor plan of the former farmhouse “beim Bildhauer,” which had stood on the same site since the mid-19th century. Our new building contains 5 rental apartments and 3 vacation apartments. In the basement, our vacation guests have access to a washer and dryer, as well as a sauna and fitness area measuring approximately 96 m². An underground passageway leads to the annex, where you’ll find bicycle parking spaces and the oak dry sauna with an alpine hut-style relaxation room.

coffee maker with built-in grinder and permanent filter. Upon request, we’re happy to provide our guests with a conventional filter coffee maker as well.

A starter kit including toilet paper, soap, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, spices, tea, coffee beans, etc., as well as dish towels and dishcloths in the kitchen and a first-aid kit in the bathroom cabinet, is provided.

The living room features a 55-inch TV, and all master bedrooms are equipped with 43-inch TVs. All TVs are modern smart TVs that allow you to access online content—such as the ARD/ZDF media library, YouTube, or your personal Amazon Prime Video or Netflix account—in addition to traditional satellite TV.

A small collection of board games and a radio are also available.

You are welcome to store strollers inside the building under the basement stairs. E-bikes can be charged and parked outside the building. In winter, wooden sleds are available free of charge.
