Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| The apartment also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, iron board, toiletries and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Nestled in the charming village of Gharghur, this apartment offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Located just a short drive from the coast and surrounded by picturesque countryside, Gharghur is the perfect base for exploring the island's many attractions.

Stroll through the narrow streets of the village and discover its rich history and culture, with traditional stone houses, quaint alleyways, and stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Stop by one of the local shops or cafes to sample some of the delicious local cuisines and soak up the laid-back village atmosphere.

And with easy access to the rest of the island by car or public transportation, you'll be able to explore everything that Malta has to offer, from its stunning beaches and ancient landmarks to its vibrant nightlife and cultural festivals.

While Gharghur is a small village, it is well connected to the rest of the island by bus and car. The nearest bus stop is just a short walk from the apartment and provides access to several bus routes that connect to the island's major towns and tourist attractions.

If you prefer to explore the island by car, there are several car rental companies in the area that offer a wide range of vehicles to suit your needs. The apartment also comes with a designated parking space, so you can rest assured that your car will be safe and secure.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
