"What a beautiful location and farm. So peaceful and a fantastic place to decompress. Matter of fact we spent a very enjoyable day on the lanai. The cottage had all the amenities we needed, a real kitchen, the bed was very comfortable, there’s a washer and dryer there, as well as snorkeling and beach gear available for use! We highly recommend this place and would stay again 3 easy check in/out, nice hosts. Farm is about 30 minutes from Hilo."

"This place was perfect. We slept on the hanging bed every night and it was so peaceful. Waking up naturally to the sunrise was so refreshing and we felt incredibly well rested every morning! This is a must stay place in my opinion."

"This rental was absolutely the perfect way to start out our Hawaii vacation. The gardens outside were absolutely beautiful and the view of the ocean couldn't be beat! We wish we had more time there to relax on top of all tourist stuff we did. The room was comfortable and matched the listing exactly.There is a short, steep hill that you need to climb to get to the unit (although you probably could have walked around the other house to avoid the hill) so be aware of you have mobility...

The people in the building were nice and a nice long pool was good for laps. Carl Smith beach right next-door was excellent for gentle swimming And snorkeling, and we saw a lot of turtles. "We only needed beds for one night and this worked out well for us. Communication with the owner was excellent. The location was perfect. We arrived after most business on the street were closed, so parking was easy to find. We left before sunrise to get an early start on our sightseeing and drive back to Kona."

"We enjoyed our stay in Hilo! This is a quintessential Hawaiian apartment/condo. Very simple, great ocean breezes, walk out and take a dip in the protected seawater pools kind of place. "

"Beautiful view of the water and park below. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked with appliances, silverware, and toiletries. The Air Conditioning worked very well. The location is central to everything you would want to do in Hilo and it was nice and quiet in the evenings and throughout the night. My family enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. Communication with the VRBO owner was always fast with prompt and courteous messages and responses."
