The host was helpful. Was responsive when we asked questions.There was everything you needed in the villa and it was spacious. We know the area and it is in a great position to do all the things we want to do from there. It is on a great location to get to the Disney parks.

Such a relaxing place to stay! The location was perfect, beds were super comfy, and the patio/pool area was beautiful. The house is very well appointed and has everything you might need during your stay. I especially appreciated the labels in the kitchen so we could get everything back in the correct spot. Shawna was so helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Nice Place to stay

GoodNice place to stay clean and comfty enjoyed our stay . Bad (My Opinion) From the advertisement pics I thought the actual house had its own private dock on the property, It was 70% of the reaosn I booked it .When lookin for houses on VRBO I always choose lake front homes and this popped up plus the dock photots but house is maybe a block or less from the community shared dock.

Lovely home, but disappointing hot tub

We enjoyed our stay overall! The house was lovely, located in a safe neighborhood, and had all the kitchen essentials we needed for cooking. The living room furniture was very comfortable, and we appreciated the nice washer and dryer. The TV had Netflix, which was a great bonus, and there were even some pool toys available to use.A few downsides to note: we weren’t able to control the thermostat and as two menopausal women it would have been nice to adjust the temperature to stay comfortable. The pool was dirty for the first three days, and unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t hot—it stayed the same temperature as the pool, just lukewarm. We also felt like our concerns about the hot tub not working properly were ignored. Every time we turned it on, the water level would drop below the jets, so it was never fully functional. Lastly, if you’re planning trips into Orlando, be prepared for traffic; it took us about an hour each way.With a few improvements, this place could be perfect.

Comfy

Our family of six was very comfortable staying in this house. We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed our long weekend visit lounging by the pool and using the hot tub. The house was very clean. My son enjoyed fishing at the dock that was located close by.

Home Away From Home

Welcoming from the minute you stepped into the home. Tranquil and …. Quiet neighborhood, surrounded by well maintain homes. Very relaxing home and centrally located to shops and dining to visit with friends and family. It felt like our home away from home. The house was beautifully kept and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped- it had any kitchen tool you could possibly need. There were plenty of extremely comfortable beds for our group. We highly recommend this home for a vacation rental.

Extended family vacay

The house was beautuful and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped- it had any kitchen tool you could possibly need. There were plenty of beds for our group. Only downside was the distamce (and therefore traffic) between us and the major theme parks.

Spring Break in the Sunny State

Overall the STAY was very welcoming , the house was very nice! EVERYTHING you need was already there. From the dishes, the bbq necessities buuttt when it came to the camera in the back , my privacy was a bit invaded. ! After we spoke to host about that , my fiancée aquatinted nicely throughout the trip , communication was magnificent after the situation was communicated. I would recommend this villa for a family stay. but make sure it’s only 8 ppl cause that watch to make sure of that .

The place was really nice. Kitchen had everything you needed. The house was very well kept. Only down fall was the pool alarm it was stressful dont see how that would work if you had kids running in and out .. Seem like they need to get a different system I'm sure the neighbor hate it. But over all it was a great place. Would go back. Shawna who I dealt with was great.

Holidays with family

The property is very well maintained and is obviously an often used rental. I've never seen a place so meticulously labeled. It became a running joke with my family. The neighborhood is very nice and very quiet. Once you leave the neighborhood, however, the traffic is unreal. Do not plan on a quick trip to Walmart to grab a couple items. Also, our biggest complaint with the house was the alarms on the door to the pool deck and patio. You can silence the alarms when exiting the house but not when re-entering unless you have another family member inside holding the button for you. The houses are very close together and it became embarrassing that the neighbors had to listen to this alarm all evening. If you want to quietly slip outside for a soak in the hottub or maybe some yoga by the poolside in the morning you won't be able to re-enter without waking everyone. The kitchen is by far the best rental kitchen I have used. If you have it in your own kitchen, it is most likely there at the house. I made Christmas dinner for my family and had no trouble finding enough casseroles, crock-pot, even an electric mixer! There was a knife sharpener which I also appreciated very much. Also, Plenty of linens! Lots of towels and washcloths, towels for the pool, kitchen towels. I very much appreciated that.

Overrated

The good: 1. Shawna of Dream Rental Properties was very helpful and responsive. 2.The place is fairly comfortable, was clean, has onsite laundry and was large enough for me and my family, and was easily accessible. The not so good: 1. The pool alarm is a NIGHTMARE. My brother and his family stayed at a similar VRBO in the same community and was able to disable the alarm so it didn’t frighten everyone in the house over and over again. - There is no way to signal alarm turn off when you enter the house from the outside, so if someone is in a bedroom resting and you are at the pool and need to come in, there is no way to enter without setting off the pool alarm. For this reason, I would never stay at this VRBO again and I would specifically ask about the pool alarm situation when staying at another rental in Florida. 2. There was no sponge, dishwasher detergent, towels for two set up in the master bedroom (only for one), and not enough toilet paper. For such a short stay (4 nights), I would expect all to be stocked. 3. There were no instructions for how to turn on the outside lights about the pool and we needed to call for help. 4. The pool lights (in the pool) did not work 5. The jets in the Sauna did not work, which I would expect after spending extra money to be able to use it. - yes it costs extra money if you want the sauna and pool to be heated. 6. Finally, the directions throughout the house made me feel more like a criminal than a guest. It would be nice to add some touches of gratitude and the word “kindly” and something around appreciation. Between the directions and the alarm, my family and I were quite on edge while staying in this residence.

Visit

The experience was fine. The temperature was actually cool at 74 degrees. I would recommend a safety bar in the master bath since the shower floor was lower than the bathroom floor. Also the alarm with the pool could use a button outside for reentry into the house.

Lovely house with room for 6 guests easily

The house was very clean and had enough space for 3 couples to be able to have there own space. The location is wonderful and close for everything we needed while we were in the area.

Centrally located

We enjoyed being centrally located for meals and shopping. Be prepared, there are NUMEROUS ways that you can incur fees/fines when staying at this property. Between the "welcome" email and other notices at the property, it was made abundantly clear that you could be fined for not understanding the trash rules, the pool door rules, the cleaning rules...etc. It really did become a running joke for us. Having said that, we had a wonderful stay and have not received any notice about actually breaking any of these rules or incurring any fees or fines.
