The home is in a wonderful, quiet community close to many shops, restaurants and local attractions. Most of the community are owner occupied properties so plenty peace and quiet after a hard day at the parks or shops. The property is suitable for multi-generational or two families sharing. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas. All bedrooms also feature a Roku TV. The upgraded cable TV package includes all major sports options incl NFL, NHL, basketball and English Premiership football. The villa also has a perimeter alarm system, CCTV cameras and floor secured safe for your peace of mind should you wish to use them. The estate is also both Uber and Lyft friendly for those guests who wish the occasional car free trip

Other Things to Note:
The pool may be heated for an additional $50 per day, a minimum of 3 days, and must be requested 48 hours before arrival. For last-minute requests, there is an extra $30 trip fee.
