This recently decorated property sleeps 8 people and for the comfort of all our guests is non-smoking - however smoking is permitted on the patio area. The property is spacious with two lounge areas and all bathrooms have been updated and modernised. It is fully equipped with linens, towels, dishes, flatware, cooking essentials, a washer machine and dryer for your use and comfort. The private pool is secluded and can be heated during the winter months (additional charge applies). The community is gated with 24 hour security, and just outside the gates you will find a 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercenter, plus a variety of restaurants, fast food outlets, and other shops. A shopping mall and cinema complex is just a short drive away. The estate facilities include a small fitness room, community swimming pools, tennis courts, and a children's play area. You can also visit the golf clubhouse (a short walk) where they have a friendly bar and restaurant (children welcome). The property is ideally situated for golfing, the Parks and is only an hour away from the stunning beaches.
