"We enjoyed the use of the house and its close proximity to all things New Orleans. The shared wall is rather thin and we could hear the neighbors dog every time it got the zoomies, but other than that it was absolutely everything we expected and more! It was so convenient having access to a washer and dryer. "

"We needed a place to land near New Orleans City Park while helping family move. This property was perfect for us, walkable to where we needed to be & caffeine at The Bean Gallery (great food too) a few blocks away. Loved the art, comfy beds, as well as easy communication with owner. We missed connecting with on site manager although we heard him a few times & were happy to know help was nearby. White noise machines were a nice touch in both bedrooms. Gladly made use of the full sized washer &...

"Overall this property is exactly as stated in the listing. Room layout is a bit odd, but very accommodating. Interior very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Neighborhood is a bit suspect, but we had no issues."

"Huge wow factor when you come in. It’s a recently converted 130 year old school with high ceilings and beautiful rooms. Fully outfitted to cook your own meals. A three minute walk to the Canal Streetcar. Came with a family of four. Gated for additional safety. Free parking onsite. Gym downstairs is two treadmills and a bunch of barbells and some benches - all you need. 100% would stay here any time we are in the city, especially if staying for a week or more."

"We had a lovely time in New Orleans. The home was clean and well stocked. It was within walking distance of the streetcar and many good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We enjoyed our stay here, the homeowner was really friendly and the house was conveniently located to some of the more popular areas in town. Having the fenced in yard really made it easy to travel with our dogs. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable and I loved the large bathtub. Would definitely recommend. "

"We had a family of 8! The house was great, beds were the comfiest beds! Pool was a lot of fun. The house has so much character and plenty of room. If we ever find ourselves in NOLA again we’ll use this one again. The owner was great as well. "

"I stayed at this hotel because I arrived very late at the New Orleans airport and decided to stay there for just one night, so that I could arrive at my destination and the conference I was attending during the day. I paid the rate and they asked me to pay for a security deposit, saying that the amount would be refunded shortly after. I made all the payments but the amount was never refunded. When I contacted the hotel, they said that the card was blocked for this type of procedure and that they could not refund the amount. What surprises me is that my bank says that there are no restrictions on my card and that the hotel I stayed at later refunded the deposit amount normally. I don´t feel confortable with this situation. I´ve sent them some emails and there is no answer or any solution for this. "
