"The room was clean and comfortable. The only things that weren't good were the dryer vent at the side entrance laundry area seemed to be disconnected or clogged and venting inside. At check-out online I indicated that we would be leaving by 10:15 am, however upon returning for the remainder of our things after taking some to our vehicle, our key cards no longer worked. "Staff was very courteous. Another family traveling with us forgot an item in their room and the staff ensured they were made aware and were able to retrieve their item. Pool is great. Only thing we didn’t utilize was the free breakfast. We went at 8:30a our first morning and it was super packed and the space isn’t very large. The crowd was so large we weren’t really able to get food. It was overwhelming. But the staff was trying to replenish food as soon as they could."

"Everything was dirty... the toilet, the shower, the sink, the floor, the furniture, the walls... the beds were barely ok.... I don't get how nothing gets clean in between customers... simply disgusting, unfortunately."
