580 m2 countryside idyll with activity room
Well-located farm of 230 m2 with an accompanying retirement home of 120 m2, banquet/multi-purpose room with kitchen facilities of 130 m2, activity room of 100 m2, gravel-covered courtyard of 2,700 m2, and a garden with multiple sections including a separate area with a wilderness hot tub, sauna, and grill hut of about 4,700 m2. Additionally, there is both an 11 kW AC charger for electric/hybrid cars and a 30 kW DC fast charger for electric vehicles available. The farm's large 26 kWp solar panel system, located on the roof of one of the outbuildings, significantly contributes to sustainable electricity production. Superfast 360 Mbps WIFI is available in the homes, banquet hall, and activity room, as well as outdoor WIFI near the west-facing gable of the main house around the garden pond, hot tub, sauna, and grill hut.
Main house: The main house is 230 m2 on one floor and dates back to 1850. It offers plenty of space with a total of 16 rooms. You'll find 3 large, authentically furnished living rooms with a TV with Chromecast, 4 bedrooms, 1 playroom (with the possibility of a sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen with a Sage Barista Pro espresso machine, Kenwood mixer, blender, fondue set, and much more, as well as 2 large, new bathrooms with underfloor heating (installed in 2020 and 2022), and a separate toilet. The main house is decorated in a charming, original style with modern furniture and older paintings, mostly from the local area. The farm is heated by a new air-to-water heat pump (installed in 2021). Outdoors, there's plenty of space: a large gravel-covered courtyard of around 2,000 m2, a covered terrace with 10-12 seats, a terrace heater and gas and charcoal grill, a secluded terrace (not covered) with 10-12 seats, a fenced fire pit, and a garden pond. The garden, around 4,000 m2, is divided into several sections and includes fruit trees, berry bushes, and a greenhouse with seasonal vegetables. For children, there's a large trampoline with a safety net (4.30 meters), 2 football goals, 2 rocking animals, a playhouse, and a large swing set with five different swings, climbing rope, and slide. Additionally, there are various bikes for children and adults, mooncars, pedal tractors, etc. The garden also includes a fenced-off area with a new 2.25-meter electrically heated wilderness hot tub with a thermal lid (2023), a 3.5-meter wood-fired sauna barrel (2021), an outdoor shower with a hot water tank, and a large wood-fired grill hut for 12 people (2022). A certain amount of firewood is free to use during your stay.
Retirement home: The retirement home is around 120 m2 on two floors, built in 1948. It has been fully renovated in 2023/2024 and features an entrance hall, utility room, bathroom with underfloor heating, a well-equipped kitchen with a KitchenAid coffee machine, Dualit espresso machine, KitchenAid mixer, microwave, Liebherr fridge-freezer, dining room with seating for 8, living room with TV and Chromecast, and 4 bedrooms (2 on the first floor and 1 with underfloor heating). The house is decorated in a charming, original style with modern furniture and older paintings, mainly from the local area. Heating is provided by a new air-to-water heat pump (installed in 2023). Outdoors, there is a large terrace of 70 m2, of which 40 m2 is covered, with garden furniture for 8 people and a gas and charcoal grill. There's also a 200 m2 gravel courtyard and a 700 m2 garden. Superfast 360 Mbps WIFI is available.
Activity room: The activity room is 100 m2 and was established in 2023 on the old hayloft on the first floor of the farm. The room is insulated and heated with 2 air-to-air heat pumps. Available facilities include a pool table, table football, air hockey, 2 dartboards (traditional/electronic), shuffleboard, poker table (6 seats), craft table (4 seats and 1 Trip Trap high chair), LEGO, toys, board and card games, a 32" TV and projector with Chromecast, Xbox 360 and Xbox One with many games, as well as seating areas and a large bar in the middle of the room with 7 barstools, all kinds of glasses, a coffee machine, blender, fridge, and more. Superfast 360 Mbps WIFI is available.
Banquet/multi-purpose room: The banquet/multi-purpose room with an attached kitchen, totaling 130 m2, was built in 2024 in the old cattle barn on the ground floor of the farm. The actual banquet/multi-purpose room is about 90 m2 and can accommodate around 60 guests. Additionally, there's an entrance/hallway of about 25 m2 and a kitchen of about 15 m2. The original details have been preserved, including the old vaulted ceiling and beams. The floor is equipped with underfloor heating and treated with epoxy. The primary heat source is an air-to-air heat pump. There's ample table space, storage, and shelving. You'll find a projector, whiteboard, sound system with subwoofer and Bluetooth, a large portable display fridge, a 10-liter industrial coffee machine, and a draft beer system with 3 taps. There's also a sink with cold water. The kitchen includes an industrial fridge, fridge-freezer, DeDietrich oven, cooktop, extractor with external motor, 2 dishwashers, a pizza oven with 2 chambers, a powerful large microwave with convection, a boiling water tap (Taurus), KitchenAid blender, Kenwood mixer with accessories, and a water-cooled beer dispenser (Celli) with room for 3 kegs. There's also plenty of storage, shelving, and table space in the kitchen, as well as a stainless steel rolling table. Superfast 360 Mbps WIFI is available. Currently, there are no toilet facilities, which are planned to be established in the fall of 2024. Toilets are available in the main house and the retirement home. On request, tables, chairs, tableware, tablecloths, beer kegs, CO2 bottles, a popcorn machine, and a ScOOp slush machine with 3 chambers can be rented. Upon arrival, there are always 4 tables for 6 people and 20 upholstered chairs, along with tableware and cutlery for 20 people. In 2024, a 170 m2 tiled terrace was established around the banquet hall, with seating areas, a basketball court, and a giant chessboard.
Car chargers: Two charging stations for electric/hybrid cars are available: a private 11 kW AC charger (located in the courtyard) and a public 30 kW DC fast charger (located on the west side of the outbuilding facing the public road) – use via the Monta app.
From the property, you can enjoy a sea view over the Little Belt at the mouth of the Haderslev fjord. The farm is located on the "Camino Haderslev Næs" route and is only 1 km from a very child-friendly beach, accessible via a field road through the forest to the charming small holiday cottage area at Tamdrup beach. It's also 1 km to the farm shop (Lindegaarden) and wine shop (ByMartin) in Hajstrup, where you can buy locally produced fruit and vegetables in season, including from this farm's land.
