The television has surround sound which presented a slight issue for me, but I contacted the owner and he immediately responded to resolve my issue. "Just a few minutes walk to the riverfront with a beautiful view of the NY skyline. Over all a great stay, will recommend! Stayed here with 3 adults and 3 kids aged 1,3 & 5. Host was very quick to respond to my questions and also provided very detailed information about the surrounding area. We drove in from Pennsylvania. Street parking only, no designated parking space. "The condo is fabulous. The owners renovation was superb. The guest bathroom tile could use a bit of touch up to avoid leaks at the tub and mildew. A major issue: the hot water heater is set at a scalding hot temperature. I would strongly advise setting it to a lower temperature."
