"Used the spa - staff in spa were lovely. Though two masseuses. both my partner and I booked the same treatment. We had completely different experiences. Both half hour one finished after 20 mins and one was full half hour. Lunch with the spa - the spa man who was lovely had to serve it. The restaurant staff refused to do anything. "Outstanding. Everything and all staff and waters all are outstanding. No words can describe my satisfaction. "Great family room with separate bunk beds for the children. Brilliant breakfast and canapes and staff were great. Only downside was the hot water wasnt working very well so had coldish showers."

"Very enjoyable stay. Excellent staff led by John the general manager, whose welcome is friendly and genuine. Top marks. Room comfortable if slightly very cramped . Excellent breakfast that used fine local ingredients. Dinner was good too, but a few of the dishes just need a little more finesse to make the Michelin guide. Overall, strongly recommended thanks to John and his team."

"I enjoyed my short stat at The White Horse Hotel, and when coming back to Leiston I would most definitely stay here. I had an evening meal which was served piping hot and most enjoyable."

"A área do hotel não é junto com a do bar e restaurante. A recepção do hotel é no restaurante, depois de fazer o check in, o hóspede atravessa o estacionamento e vai para o hotel. Não tem elevador. Os valores da estadia dobraram de domingo para segunda então não estendemos nossa estadia."
