The home is fully equipped. It is a gas-free home with air conditioning. There is a living room with a TV and an open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop, and combination microwave. The home also features two bedrooms, both with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The home has a storage room where you can store your bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is available. There are two parking spaces on the property. The yard is fully fenced.
A few kilometers away is the village of Haarle, which has a local supermarket, among other amenities. You can also rent bicycles there.
The home is a perfect base for hiking or biking trips. From the house, you can walk or bike directly into the woods, with Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park—featuring iconic hills such as the Holterberg and Hellendoornse Berg—just a short distance away. For families with children, there’s something to enjoy for all ages. Hellendoorn Adventure Park is highly recommended, as is De Flierefluiter Playground. You can also visit charming towns in the area, such as Nijverdal and Raalte, or the picturesque old Hanseatic cities like Zwolle and Deventer.
A maximum of two pets are allowed. Pets stay for free.

The property is intended for recreational purposes. Accommodating employees or workers is not permitted. Groups (including youth groups) are also not welcome in the property. Charging an electric car at the property is not permitted.
It is not possible to rent bed linens, towels, or kitchen linens. You must therefore bring your own.
