Our apartment is on 5th floor (Room 5A03) of luxurious Green Bay Premium condotel (opened in late 2018 by BIM Group) on Hoang Quoc Viet street with beautiful seaview. You can use whole apartment with 2 bedrooms, 02 toilets, fully-equited-kitchen and living room. Each of bedroom has a queen size bed. I can prepare 02 extra mattres if your group need more sleeping space.

Our apartment was decorated in theme of ocean and flower that makes you feel free and comfortable. Some of the decor-iterms was made by recycle material by myself. You can help us to water our little vegetable garden or feed our litter fish. You can also pick the fresh vegetable in balcony for your instant noodle breakfast.

If you wish a stay near beach for swimming, our place does not match your expectation. Although it's 3km far from beach but it's next to the sea, look like a resort building with many green tree around. Not many 3 star hotel is next to the sea and have sea view like this. It's convenient between Tuan Chau island and Sun World beach, 15 minutes by walk to Night Market. You can buy fresh and not expensive seafood for your own-cook lunch/dinner in private kitchen with full spices and cookware. There is a swimming pool, super market, nail and hair service in ground floor. There is also a local market 500m near the building.

We use smart electric door lock (open by password), It's easy for you to check in and check out without meeting host.
