They helped get cabs before I downloaded two ride-sharing services and even then, they checked the license plate number. The young women at the front were great despite the fact that my French is minimal and only one staff had very good English. They were very helpful!"

"We arrived about 8hrs later than planned due to over booking, however the staff was there to help us download the bags and help us to our rooms quickly.
