Lovely 2BR home with Backyard & Sofabed in Gzira

We welcome you, our future guests to this beautiful, brand new, 2BR maisonette in the heart Gzira within walking distance of many amenities !

Our fully equipped home features a large living/dining area with TV and super comfy sofa and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Included within the property are 2 large comfy bedrooms, equipped with AC and storage.

Did we also mention the large, private back terrace with outdoor furniture ?

The apartment offers high-speed WIFI throughout the whole stay as we make sure that if our guests are travelling for business are connected throughout. Air-conditioning is also available and guests are free to adjust the temperature to their liking.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! This is perfect for both long and shorter long rentals.

Living area| Comfy sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc).

The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed which can accommodate another 2 extra guests (linens and towels will be included).

Private Backyard | Enjoy the Maltese breeze and unwind in the private backyard which is equipped with outdoor furniture.

Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms, 1 is a double bed and the other is with 2 single beds. For over and above 4 guests, we will prepare the sofa bed.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite and the other accessible from the living area. Both bathrooms include a shower, toilet and sink.

Laundry | The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a drying rack , iron and an iron board.

The apartment has a private entrance and is a single-level ground floor home.

AC in all rooms & high-speed WIFI available throughout the whole stay.

Gzira is a town located in the central region of Malta, on the northeastern coast of the island. It is situated just south of Sliema and east of Msida, and is known for its bustling promenade, which runs along the waterfront and offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

The neighbourhood of Gzira off the promenade is located just inland from the waterfront, and is known for its quiet residential streets and charming architecture. It is a popular area for tourists to stay in due to its close proximity to the promenade and other popular attractions in the region, such as the National Museum of Fine Arts and the University of Malta.

The area is also well-connected by public transportation, with regular bus service to other parts of the island and the nearby cities of Sliema and Valletta. There are also several supermarkets and convenience stores in the neighbourhood, making it easy to stock up on supplies during your stay.

Overall, Gzira off the promenade is a charming and convenient neighbourhood to stay in while visiting Malta.

Gzira boasts excellent connections via public transport. Bus stops are a short stroll away, allowing convenient access to Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian's, and other key locations across the island.

Ferries and Water Taxis:
The nearby ferry terminals provide a scenic and enjoyable mode of travel. Hop on a ferry or water taxi from Sliema to Valletta for a charming commute across the harbor.

Walking and Cycling:
Gzira is pedestrian-friendly, offering pleasant walkways and cycling paths along the promenade. Stroll or cycle effortlessly while taking in the mesmerizing views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Car Rental and Ride-Sharing:
For those preferring personal transportation, car rental services are available within the vicinity. Ride-sharing services also operate seamlessly, providing another convenient option for getting around.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
