The location is stunning, beautiful views of the water from the lounge area and a quick jaunt to several beaches. The breakfast service was really easy and lovely! Very attentive staff and lots of options. The single/twin bed rooms were good for the price point, nothing to write home about, but very effective and had all the amenities one would need while traveling! The room got a little hot but...

"A bit tired. Could do with a good scrub and a coat of paint. Room ok. We only stayed a couple of nights. I would not have wanted to be there for a week. Pool and sauna very good. Shower by sauna very good. Hot tub and flooring near pool seemed like it could be cleaner. Breakfast buffet ok but much better ordering off the menu. Food in the restaurant for the evening meal was good. All staff were very good!"

"The room was a bit old and could use a bit of refurbishing, unlike in the photos. The room had basic amenities and felt overpriced. We only found out there’s an additional charge for using the spa when we arrived, which if I had known at the time ok booking, might have chosen a different place. Despite the above, staff were very nice and food was great."

"The Lerryn Hotel is in a fabulous spot, great access for the town and beach. The breakfast was faultless with perfect service. However, the shower overflowed on my first morning. This was rectified, but there was water coming through the extractor above the shower at times, and a leak of water onto the bathroom floor from the base of the shower when the shower was not in operation. Room generally not that clean, grubby carpet, and room not tidied daily when user away. Am I asking too much for...

"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."
