The window had so much mould on it and I asked if member of Staff could open the bedroom window little bit more but he couldn’t as he was the only person working at the time. "Clean, helpful and friendly hosts who knew my name. A great breakfast included with even freshly carved ham. No air conditioning but based on probability not a great issue. No fridge. They should highlight the close availability of public transport to and from St Ives where it is impossible to get a parking spot."

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall.
