"Kel and Mel made us feel very welcome when we arrived. Gave us ideas about what we could do. We enjoyed a day walking along the canal and the next day to a local sites.

"A lovely place to stay in the Welsh Countryside. The room was large, quiet and comfortable. The staff were amazingly friendly (well, let's face it, aren't most Welsh people?). The breakfast was classy and of excellent quality.
I highly recommend this inn for a stay. You won't regret it for a moment.

"The parking was good, always available . The room was pleasant. The food was good. The problems were - the position on a hectic main road, I didn’t see it mentioned on there review. The heat, though the weather was not hot you could barely open the windows and then had to shut them because of the noise of the traffic and then there was black mold on the bottom of the shower. The staff were pleasant though breakfast was not explained very well!"

"We had a very good short break in Ross on Wye!! The area has a lot to offer.. we were particularly impressed with choice of excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was very good and the room was perfect for us offering a separate bedroom in their family suite."
