"It was disgusting. Not sure the last time the floors or carpets were cleaned. Pillow were yellow and stained. My main door had no lock and it didnt fit the door frame. BAD, BAD, BAD experience."

"Limpeza decepcionante, pedi mais de 4 vezes para limparem o chão que estava muito sujo, com muito pó, e nada fizeram. Somente na quinta vez foram limpar falando para mim que já tinham limpado. Ao terminar retiraram MUITA sujeira. Cama horrível, a cabeceira é de ferro, ao se mexer você se acorda a todo momento pois faz MUITO barulho. "

"We didn’t get to use the pool due to it was still winter, the service and food was amazing but disappointed due to the fact the whole stay we never got house cleaning or fresh towels and fresh sheets during our stay but other than that it was great, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was incredible loved it!"

"The staff was excellent. However, overall property was ok to good. The rooms weren't SUPER clean and a furniture a bit worn. Counters and surface tops needed to be wiped down. Found a few small dead bugs. Had the room have been vacuumed better and wiped down they wouldn't have been there. I had the deluxe king studio and the couch had lots of stains on it. The desk chair had tears in it from wear and tear. Elevators and hallways could use a good cleaning and vacuuming. Although when I...

"The hotel started off fine until the middle of the night people were yelling and running up and down the hallway. We went into the hallway to go outside and you could smell weed all in the hall and in the elevator. When its a no smoking hotel. In the morning there was no breakfast included, which is advertised. The hot tub and pool were nowhere to be found. So if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay I don't recommend this hotel."

"There were food wrappers in my ice bucket, my kids found a half empty cigarette pack under a cushion, and the rooms were musty. The breakfast was meager, mostly breads, and there were literally two apples for fruit. No yogurts or anything either. Dont bother pre checking in because they still make you sign the physical paper and give your credit card when you get there. Also they inspect the rooms before you can check out, which is a pain "
