"Good parking facilities. Hotel is right in town which is a real bonus. Staff were helpful and friendly. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. We went instead to a very charming cafe just for a change. Unfortunately the down side of the hotel are the rooms. We had a twin room, nice view and large. However the decor was very tired and frankly grubby. The bathroom was ok but if you tried turning round in the bath whilst having a shower you could, and I did, crack your...

"Lovely room, great food in restaurant. Hotel doesn't do breakfast in week but lovely cafe next door doing breakfasts etc. Car park close too, have to pay but free 7pm to 7am."

"Staff were absolutely incredible. Dianna on reception was courteous, polite and ever so helpful. Thank you for making me feel like home during my stay. Dianna and her amazing team even helped out by washing and drying some clothing. Mid way through my work trip it was as a relief to know I had clean business and personal clothing. The young bar staff were also very kind and welcoming. "

"We had a room on top floor which was very comfortable. Good cooked breakfast with buffet continental . Parking at rear of hotel was handy £10 extra. Would use again. Staff great."

"We were made very welcome on arrival and throughout by friendly helpful staff.Our room 60 with patio was lovely.so we sat in the sun overlooking gadrens listening to birds singing and a Squirrel on the lawn . The pool was just right for a lovely swim . The lounges restorant and general building and garden beautiful. Thankyou Flackley and staff for lovely stay."

"Stayed for three nights over Xmas. The walk from the pub to the accommodation was across a muddy unpaved carpark. Access to the room was via a combination door lock and privacy in the room afforded by blinds at the door ,room windows. Unfortunately there was no internal lock on the door and gaps in the blinds afforded a view into the room from outside. The room was cold on arrival and took hours to warm up. "I've been staying here a couple of weeks now for work/business, the rooms are spotless, great facilities; kettle, fridge, microwave, shower gel, hand soap, washing up liquid, glasses, cups, cutlery. WiFi, TV. Co op and pub restaurant within 50m, various takeaways within 150m.
