Staff were top notch! Friendly desk welcome, kind helpful porters and the room was lovely and spacious. Kitchen well equipped and great for one who prefers not to eat out. Local shops/supermarkets close by.
Some constructive feedback to improve in small areas. There is no tv box so could not watch tv unless having a subscription. Perhaps as you find in international hotels, an online chargeable per day/hr service if possible. It would also be useful to have labels on switches for hot water, fan, cooker etc. as it took some guessing to figure out what controls what. It maybe okay like this for Indian guests but but more challenging for foreign travellers. Drain issues in bathroom in this hotel as with many others of this rating seem common place but was manageable and didn't negatively impact our stay. The complimentary soap/shampoo/shower gel are too small and not enough for one person let alone 3 guests. No complimentary tea bags, coffee, sugar etc. provided to make refreshments. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great addition, however the large room in which this is served on the first floor could do with some comforting décor, music and positive ambience.
Overall an excellent place to stay. I stayed here with my elderly parents, who needed rest for a few days following a long tour, before leaving to board an international flight from IGI Dehli Airport. This establishment fully served its purpose for us and we would highly recommend this place to stay.
