The high-quality furnished apartment is ideal for 2-4 people and is located on the 1st floor of an active farm, with its own entrance. A spacious west-facing balcony is ideal for breakfast and to unwind. A magnificent view of the Allgäu Alps lets you dream and let yourself go. Daily fresh milk directly from the farm. What more do you want. There is enough space, a playground for the children is right in front of the house (parents are responsible for their children). A visit to the stable is also possible with advance notice. Smells, noises and cowbells are part of pure country life here.

Ideal for nature and outdoor lovers, as well as anyone looking for rest, sleep and relaxation. Walking, cycling and hiking trails in nature can be found directly from the house. In just 30 minutes by car you are in our beautiful mountains from Nesselwang to the Tannheimer Tal - simply wonderful.

The 3 room apartment with approx. 125m² is equipped with:

- Large, open, bright living room with a comfortable couch, spacious kitchen with a cozy Allgäu-style dining area and balcony access

- large bathroom with bathtub in wooden tub style, spacious modern walk-in shower and toilet

- Bedroom 1 with double bed (180x200) and wardrobe

- Bedroom 2 double bed (180x200) and wardrobe

- Storage room with space for washing machine

The parking space is outdoors, directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked in the garage at night.
This is a non-smoking condo and does not allow pets!

Babies up to 1 year €50 flat rate, incl. travel cot

Initial bed linen included. Towels are included in the booking price. For longer stays, linen changes, fresh bed linen and towels can be booked additionally.

Each guest receives a welcome pack of beer from the local family brewery upon arrival.
