Beautiful, new house on Lake Guntersville!

Sail, fish, ski or do nothing but relax on "The Cottage's" spacious deck overlooking Lake Guntersville. The Cottage is located at North Alabama Sailing Marina and is new throughout the two bedroom two bath 1200 square foot home. Large picture windows offer a million dollar view of the lake.
Bring your own boat, sail or motor, and launch from our private ramp and have parking for the vehicle and trailer adjacent to the Cottage. Slip space is provided throughout your stay. Walk out in the morning with a cup of coffee and get on your boat ready for the day. A charcoal grill and lakeside fire pit are provided for evening entertaining. Enjoy downtown Guntersville antique shopping, local music and casual dining within a short three mile drive or enjoy a day reading on the deck overlooking Lake Guntersville.
The house has all the amenities of home. It comes with a large front loading washer and dryer, and the kitchen has a full size electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and all the essentials to prepare a meal. The dining room has seating for six.
Gather in the large living room and sink in the comfy leather sofa and enjoy the view of beautiful Lake Guntersville. Watch movies on the large flat screen TV or venture out on the deck for dinner and drinks and while away the evening.
There are two spacious bedrooms. The master has a beautiful antique king bed and in-suite bath. The second bedroom has single twin and twin bunk beds with an adjacent full bath.
The Cottage comfortably accommodates five guests.
Linens for the bath and bedrooms are provided.
Groceries, restaurants, gas and bait are available within a mile. "Fire by the Lake" restaurant and bar is within walking distance and "Char Burger", a local favorite, is within a quarter of a mile.
Once you get here you won't want to leave!

Simply the best well-maintained spacious property

I rented both of the owners houses that were right on Guntersville Lake at the marina. I have to say I was totally impressed with every single aspect of these properties. First the size , big well equipped, kitchens, living rooms bedrooms everything was spotless. Air conditioner worked great .I would gladly rent here again in a heartbeat . thank you to the owners for providing such a fine property

Perfect Getaway

We loved the house! It was perfectly located for our baseball tournament. It was very well equipped with everything we needed! My son loved being able to go fishing off the dock. We also enjoyed the swing on the dock in the shade with the nice breeze. It was a perfect getaway!

What a view!

This was probably the best Vrbo we have stayed at! It was very clean and updated, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked extremely well, the property manager was great with communication and did I mention the view?? We will definitely be back!

The Cottage at Lake Guntersville

We have stayed here multiple times over the past few years and it is our favorite home away from home. The location is great, the cottage is always clean and so well appointed. The bed is comfy and I love cooking in the kitchen. You can walk to Fire By the Lake for dinner and the food is amazing. My husband loves being able to launch the boat right there at the cottage. Weā€™ll keep coming back as long as itā€™s available. The owners are also awesome at communicating, and we have never had any issues with anything.

Always great at The Cottage!!

We absolutely LOVE The Cottage. We stay here at least once a year and it is the only place we go that Iā€™m sad to leave. I love my own home and this is as close as you could get. The Cottage is cozy, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The view is beautiful! My husband loves being able to launch the boat at the marina and we also love Fire on the Lake. Will be coming back soon and we highly recommend. 10/10

Fishing tournament

Great place to stay for a fishing tournament. WIFI was not working but wasnā€™t a big deal because I used my phone to stream to the tv. I didnā€™t utilize the slip because I wasnā€™t sure where it was exactly so detailed description on that would be helpful. Iā€™ll be back if I fish the tournament again next year.

Great Lakefront Cabin!

My brothers and I hadn't seen each other in years, so we booked this cabin to spend a couple days away from spouses, children, etc. We had a great time catching up and this cabin was the perfect place. The cabin hosts (Susan and T) were very kind and very responsive when we reached out with a question/minor issue. I would definitely rent this cabin again in a heartbeat!

Great little getaway in a great location!

Wonderful little lake house located in a ver convenient location. 5 minutes to 2 boat ramps down river or just a quick 15 minute drive to waterfront. Less than 10 minutes to City Harbor. Clean, plenty of space, and located right in the water. We will be back!

Fishing Trip

Property was great for our weekend fishing trip. View of the sailboats from inside the house was picturesque. Distance to food and entertainment was very close. If you have a larger boat you may want to use the boat ramp across the highway from the property rather than the ramp at the property. Great location and very comfortable play to stay for a weekend getaway.
