"Very clean, quiet and accommodating for a quick overnight stay. Close to IBAR Ranch if you catch a concert there. Breakfast was great and some pet friendly rooms available. Will stay again if the opportunity arises."

"The room was clean and everything in it. It could use a little update on the decor, but it wasn't so bad that we wouldn't stay there again. The breakfast was ok. It was like most hotels serve now. The breakfast room was small, but again not enough to not stay there again. The guy that checked us in suggested Mario's to eat when I asked for suggestions and we highly recommend it. He was very courteous as was the guy checking us out. All in all I recommend it."

"When we checked in we were almost done, when we noticed the desk clerk had selected the wrong name and had added all of our personal information to another person's booking. She cleared it and started over, but that was very disconcerting. The hotel called us after we left and left a message, but we couldn't understand it due to the heavy accent and poor English. We hope no issues arise from this stay."

"I was not pleased with the redervation and check in
If you are checking in late, there is no typical front desk. It seems my expedia reservation was not seen as valuable compared to booking direct and the hotel customer service had no information. Im sure its because of low season but it took 45 minutes to reach someone who could tell me where to find my room key. All were apologetic but it was a frustrating scenario to reach a solution and a person with the right info."

"Host was great! Allowed us to check in early, which was really nice and allowed us to prepare dinner for guests who were arriving later. Home was in immaculate condition and a perfect location for quick access to skiing at Monarch and amenities in Poncha Springs/Salida. Will definitely be booking again!"
