"Stayed here today and had a really lovely experience. The staff were friendly and the customer service was great. Free parking was a big plus, and everything you’d need was provided — even cutlery, which was a nice surprise. The hot shower was perfect, and there were extras like a TV, iron, and ironing board (didn’t use them, but good to have). Overall, a really comfortable stay — I’d definitely come back if I’m in Canberra again!"

"Esse hotel já deveria ter fechado há muito tempo. O lugar parece abandonado. Péssimo em todos os sentidos. Extremamente escuro e difícil de chegar aos quartos, que tem móveis velhos e ruins. Não tem nenhum serviço de quarto. Ninguém sequer trocou as toalhas no segundo dia e não havia ninguém para levar novas toalhas no quarto. A sugestão foi que eu fosse andando no frio, já que tinha que percorrer uma certa distância ao ar livre, para pessoalmente buscar toalhas novas. Ninguém limpou o quarto,...
