"The cabin was ready for an early check in if we wanted. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and we loved the beautifulcrafted table. The screened in room was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The house, deck, and dock areas were all nice. We would recommend staying if coming to the area. We visited Tahquamenon Falls, Oswalds Bear Ranch and Benny the Beard Fisher Troll while in the area."

"Had a great stay at this lake home. Very close to all the Pictured Rocks sites to see. Lots of things to do at the property itself, kids loved kayaking, swimming and fishing off the pier. Also very nice sunrises from the edge of lake.The family has already asked to go back next summer! Would highly recommend for a peaceful, secluded lakeside vacation rental. "

"We had an absolutely phenomenal time from start to finish! The home and property are spectacular. We appreciated all the thoughtful amenities that were included. We traveled with 5 little kids who thoroughly enjoyed the lower level with all the toys and games and they loved the kids bedroom with the starry ceiling lights. "This is a fantastic vacation rental. The home has been completely updated and has everything you need. The kitchen is especially well-equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent. Engadine is a very small town, but the convenience store has a good selection of basic supplies including produce. The people in the community are very friendly! "This property was even more beautiful in person. It was meticulously maintained and perfectly located down an isolated dirt road with other cabins nearby. The walks on the beach and bonfire under the stars were incredible, as was kayaking on the lake. It is relatively centrally located, close to good public beaches on both Great and small lakes, and while you do have to drive to get places - it's the UP - the drives are beautiful and its a great home base for day trips; we went to Pictures...

"What a great place! We arrived just at sunset on a chilly evening and the place was cozy & warm. Really enjoyed the outdoor firepit and indoor fireplace - especially because it was cold, cloudy, windy, and rainy. Just hung out and read books. When the sun came out we were able to walk on the beach and also the road is a nice stroll. Would definitely recommend. "
