"Ruhiges Haus mit wunderschöner Terrasse nah am See und abseits des Ortes. Gepflegte und gemütliche Einrichtung. Es fehlte wirklich nichts. Im Umkreis von einer Stunde konnte man die Gegend bestens erkunden. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub!"

"Stugan ligger avskilt utan insyn. Det finns många fina utflyktsmål nära huset. Fina gårdsbutiker att handla när producerade varor. Stugan var mysig med bra fungerande värme. Det tar bara 30 min att komma till Mellbystrand och ta ett dopp i havet. Vi är mycket nöjda."

"Wir haben zwei sehr schöne und entspannte Wochen in Mellbystrand verbracht. Die Gastgeberin Monika hat uns herzlich empfangen und stand uns jederzeit mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zur Seite. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Perfekt für eine vierköpfige Familie. Der Weg zum wunderschönen, kilometerlangen Sandstrand ist nicht weit. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt eine schöne Wanderung durch den Wald zum Fluss Lagan machen. Besonders gut haben uns die nahe gelegenen Städte Laholm...

"Das Haus in Mellbystrand ist toll ! Ein kurzer Fussweg und man ist schon an diesem traumhaften und nicht überfüllten Strand. Die Bilder von dem Haus sind authentisch. Alles war gepflegt und anständig. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist top. Uns allen hat es in dem Haus und in der Umgebung sehr gut gefallen und wir können es definitiv weiter empfehlen !!"

"Dejligt sted med rolige omgivelser og rigtig tæt på vandet. Hele området er perfekt til afslapning og traveture. MEN: Der kunne spares en hel del på energiregningen hvis det var muligt at skrue ned for varmen og hvis det varme vand kom en hel del hurtigere når man går i bad. Temperaturen i lejligheden var 23,5 g og selv om vi skruede ned til 20 g kom den aldrig derned i de fem dage vi var der. Og i badeværelset tog det over 2 minutter før vandet var varmt nok til at tage bad. Det burde der...

"Das Fewo-Haus ist sehr heimelig eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Nachbarschaft war wie überall in Skandinavien sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Man kann das Objekt nur weiter empfehlen."

"My friends and I stayed here for a wedding in Bastad and it was perfect. The house is huge and well stocked. We didn’t have a car (took the train) but it’s within 10mins of two bus stops that take you to the train. You’re also right by the water / bars & restaurants as well as the grocery store and other shops. I highly recommend this home. Because of the wedding, we didn’t spend as much time “relaxing” in it and enjoying the backyard but nonetheless, it was great for our group of 5"

"We had a nice holiday apart from some unpleasant surprises. The annex is a nice bedroom, but totally seperated from the main house. Therefore there is no direct access to a bathroom or toilet. You have to go outside around the house and through the front door to get to the bathroom. The distance to the beach isn't 250 meters, it's over 500. And the overall state of the property is somewhat in decay. It has some charm, but the price is to high for a holiday home in this state."

Fick då svaret att det inte hunnits med pga tidsbrist och att all städpersonal gått hem. Låter märkligt och drar ner betyget. Det var dessutom nästan helt stopp i handfatet. "
