**House Rules**

1. **Pool Hours**
The pool is open from **sunrise to 10:00 PM**. Please be respectful of these hours.

2. **No Smoking**
Smoking, vaping, or any use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes any smell of smoke or illegal substances. Violations will result in a fine.

3. **Underage drinking**
Under no circumstances should any minor consume any alcohol within the community

4. **Noise Levels**
Please be mindful of noise, especially between **10:00 PM and 8:00 AM**, to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors and other guests.

5. **Do Not Unplug Any Items**
For your convenience, all necessary appliances and devices are already plugged in and ready for use. Please do not unplug any items.

6. **Windows**
Please do not open any windows if unfamiliar to operate. The windows are custom-made and integral to the structure of the building. Please do not pull on the blinds, they are remote operated.

(Any violation to these rules may be subject to a fine of up to $500 or more)
