🌅 The Condo
Located on the 6th floor, this beautifully positioned 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests and offers incredible views in every direction.
From the kitchen, living room, and private balcony, enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, while the bedroom overlooks the lagoon and resort pool.
Inside the condo you'll find:
• Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit
• Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom so everyone can stream their favorite shows
• Large 70” Smart TV in the living area with cable, Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps
• Comfortable living room with queen sleeper sofa
• Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and cooking essentials
• Dining table for four plus additional bar seating
The master bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV, and beautiful lagoon views. The bathroom includes a modern, updated shower, and for added convenience the condo also includes a stacked washer and dryer located in the hallway.

🚗 Parking & Policies
• Parking passes are purchased onsite through the association
• Boat and trailer parking requires a separate $20 pass
• Linens are provided (please bring your own beach towels)
• Starter supplies included: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags
• Primary renter must be 25 years or older and present valid photo ID at check-in
• No smoking / No pets
