Wheelchair Accessible Beach Front Hotel Suite with Full Kitchen

This one-bedroom, one-bath hotel suite is handicap accessible. Features include a balcony over looking the Gulf of Mexico, fully equipped kitchen, and a private bedroom with a King-size bed.

Comfortable throughout, you will be pleased with your lodging choice.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

We loved the location of this condo. It was right on the beach for quick access and the pool was perfect! I love the fact it has a separate smaller pool for the kiddos.

Great location - beachfront room

The unit is average and without bells and whistles. Unfortunately, the room smelled like Smoke because previous occupants smoked heavily. The staff were very kind and we were exhausted when we arrived so I agreed to stay. Purchased some air freshener.

Nice location, beautiful view

The unit is located in a great spot. Close to the elevator, which does offer some night noise. The flooring in the bedroom needs updating it’s stained pretty bad. The bathroom is large? But it lacks counter area to lay things like makeup, etc. There is only a sink. My biggest complaint is that there is no where to hang clothes. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. The weather was beautiful!!

Phonenix Suites Shrimp Fest 2019 Rating

Security need for rowdy bikers and too much noise to sleep from within the unit and outside the unit. Will not stay at this location again.

Good time

Room wasn’t cleaned and ready at check in time. Property only had one functioning elevator so the wait times to go up and down were ridiculous. The condo was just as advertised and we had a great time even with those minor flaws.

Dissapointing as a VRBO property!

Arriving late at night , the property and especially the office was difficult to find. The property was dark. There were noisy drunk people in the parking garage. We did not feel safe having to ask where the office was located and then having to wait on the one elevator that worked to be able to reach the office that was not on ground level but 2 flights up. However the office staff was very courteous and helpful and our suite was clean and well equipped. We never saw any sign of security officials. A sign stated quiet time was observed between 10PM and 8AM but it was not observed or enforced. Had we not been late arriving and been more familiar with the area we would have forfeited our monies paid to stay somewhere else. I do not recommend this place and will not stay in this location again. When we did get checked in I got on the elevator to go to the garage to find a cart for our luggage. There was a staff member (an elderly gentleman) on the elevator with an empty cart. I asked if he was through using it could I use it? He said he was returning it to the ground floor where it belonged that people never returned them. Rather than allow me to use it I had to ride with him to the ground floor and mind you our vehicle was on the 2nd floor of the parking garage. Even when arriving at the ground floor rather than allow me to keep it and remain on the elevator he told me there is one over there in the corner you can use! He rolled his off and parked it beside the others. By the time I rolled one from the corner to the elevator the elevator had closed and I had to wait another 15 minutes to get back on! I have no idea why he felt he had to be so rude! We have spent a week each year for the 10 plus years in Perdido Key booking through VRBO. VRBO is awesome! We have never before been disappointed with a property booked thru the VRBO service. We thought we would give this property a try since this year we just wanted a stop on the beach on our way home to Texas from Orlando. And never gave any thought to it being as bad as it was since we booked through VRBO. This property definitely made us realize how spoiled we are to the Perdido Key area. Much better location, much more secure and better maintained. We will return to Perdido Key from now on! And we will continue using VRBO but think this particular place does not fit the standard we've come to expect as a VRBO property. 2 Stars is only because the office staff is so nice.

Beautiful area

The condo was nice. Exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances. The balcony view is beautiful and serene. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely will return. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is bc there was a rattling noise that would come from the vents at night while trying to sleep and the bed was slightly uncomfortable.

Very pleased after changing to room 505

Very friendly front desk staff. We realized the room was handicapped so the front desk changed us to a different room (505). We were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils and kitchen dishes and pans we needed. The beds were super comfortable, even the pullout sofa bed!! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. The views, service and room.
