Village By The Gulf is located on West Beach, 1 1/2 miles from the intersection of Highway 59 and Highway 182. Village is a small condominium complex consisting of Twenty, two and three bedroom, two bath units. The condo is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. On site there is an outdoor swimming pool, covered pavilion with bar-b-q grill, miniature golf and playground, shuffleboard court, basketball goal and a small playground for the children. Equipment for all of these activities can be checked out at the office. Bicycles are also available for check out.
Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and DVR. The two bedrooms have a king size in the master bedroom, two twins in the second and a queen size sleeper sofa. All units have a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including children). All units have two bathrooms and outside sitting area.
Here are a few basic vacation guidelines:
The housekeeping team works hard to have all units ready by 4:00pm. Often, the units may be ready earlier. Please call the office as you near Gulf Shores to check the status of your unit.
Also, remember the check-out time is 10:00am. This allows the housekeeping team to prepare the units for the arriving guests. If you need a late check-out, please call the office for available arrangements
