The gorgeous private beach is just steps away from the front door and you will be just a short distance from the Hangout and all Gulf Shores has to offer.
Located in Sun Chase condominium complex, this property has a very thoughtful beach decor vibe with all the essentials to make your beach vacation a great one! Though this is a small condo at 660 sq ft, the space is maximized to make you and your guests feel comfortable and luxurious during your stay.

Please note: Parking is an additional $52 due upon arrival at the property

THE UNIT
The balcony has amazing views of the gulf and is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach right outside the door with the lounger and Adirondack chair provided. Enjoy your morning coffee or even an evening cocktail on this balcony listening to the peaceful sounds of the waves. Since this is a low density complex, it feels very private and is a great way to view the sunrise/sunset.
It features a cozy living room with a fold out sleeper sofa and direct views of the ocean.
There is an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Though this condo is very close to many great restaurants, the kitchen is fully stocked for a night of home cooking if you choose to do so.
The bathroom has a gorgeous shower with new tile work and granite countertops with plenty of counter space.
The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, closet space, and a built in shelf with a television. The second bedroom has a pair of twin beds perfect for the kids . Both bedrooms feature a window with a direct view of the beach.

THE COMPLEX
Feel free to enjoy the other amenities of the complex including the outdoor pool, hot tub, and shared grilling space.
** Please note: There is no elevator available in this complex. This unit is on the 3rd floor (1st level being parking) so there will be two flights of stairs to climb to enter the unit.

PARKING
Parking is on the first floor of the complex, directly below the units. Parking $52 not included in VRBO fees, due upon arrival. Additional cars will need to park one block away in a public lot (will send information upon booking).

CLEANING/SUPPLIES
Cleanliness is a priority for us, so you can enjoy your stayOur unit is cleaned well between every guest. Every linen is taken off site and laundered between stays (including comforters). Our cleaners will provide a small amount of each of these items: toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels. Any additional supplies will need to be purchased by the guest.

PLEASE NOTE:
This is a non smoking and no pet unit. There will be a $300 fine for smoking (plus additional damages) and a $150 fine for bringing a pet (and you will be asked to leave right away). Please do your best not to leave food out excessively during the stay as it can attract pests. If there is excessive trash/food left in the unit, we may need to charge an additional cleaning fee for our cleaners' very valuable time.
