Summerhouse West B104 - Simply The Best Of Both Worlds!!

Our cozy one bedroom one and half bath condo truly offers the best of both worlds. Summerhouse West is located on the beach of Little Lagoon and just steps from the beach of the Gulf of Mexico via our private beach access located just across the street. Covered parking is available for one vehicle only underneath the condo. Up just one flight of stairs from your vehicle you will find yourself on our balcony that offers indirect views of both Little Lagoon and beach. Inside our condo the kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and all the essential equipment for cooking in. The dining area has a table with seating for 4 while the living area provides a queen sleeper sofa, 2 swivel chairs and a wall mounted flat screen with DirectTV service. In the Master Suite you will enjoy a great nights sleep on a king sized memory foam mattress. The Master also has 2 large closets, plenty of draw space, flat screen with DirectTV. The master bath is spacious with a tub shower combo, vanity, mirror and lots of cabinet/draw space. For convenience the half bath and washer/dryer combo are located in the hall. Wi-Fi is available in the condo and at the pool free of charge. Outside take a short walk to the beach using our private beach access pier located just across the street or relax in the pool just steps away from the unit. In the evening cook out at the Gazebo on one of two newly installed grills while enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the lagoon. There is a 25 year minimum age requirement to be eligible to rent at the Summer House Condo Complex and B-104 is a smoke free rental. Due to association rules guest are not permitted to bring pets on to the Summerhouse property, we appreciate your understanding.
