  • Summer Lovin 'é uma casa em frente ao golfo, localizada em West Beach Blvd. em Gulf Shores. Possui um total de 6 quartos, 6 banheiros, áreas de estar espaçosas, varandas amplas em ambos os níveis, elevador e uma pequena piscina refrescante.

    As semanas de verão são de domingo a domingo, para evitar o engarrafamento no sábado!

    O piso principal tem a grande sala com uma grande HDTV sobre a lareira, uma cozinha bem equipada com excelentes vistas da praia para os cozinheiros e uma mesa de jantar com bancos e cadeiras, além de bancos na ilha da cozinha para acomodar toda a família. Você também encontrará refeições ao ar livre e assentos na varanda. Esse andar possui um quarto king com banheiro privativo, um quarto com um par de rainhas e um banheiro que também se abre para o salão e a lavanderia.

    O piso superior tem um rei king à beira-mar com uma varanda privativa, um banheiro com chuveiro e banheira separados e uma sala de estar com sofá-cama duplo e rodízio, caso seja necessário para seus filhos ou netos. Você tem mais dois quartos com cama king size, além de um quarto de beliche que acomoda 4 pessoas e certamente será o lugar que os primos querem ficar.

    Abaixo da casa, você encontrará a piscina abrigada sob a casa e cercada por trepadeiras e flores. É uma pausa maravilhosa do sol quando faz muito calor no verão, mas nos meses mais frios é protegido do vento e pode ser aquecido por US $ 50 / dia - seu pequeno oásis. Você também encontrará um chuveiro com água quente e fria e vestiário sob a casa, uma churrasqueira, cadeiras de areia e uma passagem pelas dunas.

It was a great family Thanksgiving vacation. Weather was great most of the week, just a bit cool towards the end! I added the Christmas lights for our stay!

2024 Spring Break

The house was perfect for our family spring break. Really liked the location of the house. Not right in the middle of all the attractions but just close enough.

Wonderful vacation!

We had plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family and friends. It was clean and had lots of beach accessories and the shower to rinse off before going up was amazing! We really enjoyed our trip and will be back again!

Perfect House, Perfect Location

We loved every minute of our stay. The house was setup perfectly for a large group with lots of space for everyone. The kitchen was large enough to feed everyone at the same time, and stocked with everything you need. The back porch is amazing. Loved our stay, and will definitely be back next year!

The space was exceptional for our large group of 17. The beach views were great. Our last day we got to view a pod of dolphins from the deck.The sand was spectacular. The space was very clean. The littles thought the wading pool was great. The hosts were responsive through the entire process. The only downsides were we wish the pool was beach side and not viewing the street. I think more toilet paper should be provided. Only two rolls for each bathroom is not adequate for lsrge groups. It would also be nice to have a few spices in the kitchen provided. We would definitely return.

Family getaway

This is our second time staying at this house. We have the best time here the location is amazing! House is always clean and property manager always available if needed. House is equipped with everything you would need. Will definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking for a ocean view getaway with family/friends

Great spot and great communication

We loved our stay at “Summer Lovin’”. From the time we arrived til the last moments of our stay we felt at home and comfortable and safe. The elevator was key for our needs. There were some issues with different aspects of the house, but Susan always responded promptly and had the problem resolved in a timely manner. Great location, great management, beautiful beach. We loved the boardwalk as well and the outside shower.

Amazing house

The house was spacious, clean and great location! The outside deck with a bunch of seating to look at gorgeous view. The boardwalk out to the beach was wonderful to have other homes near by didn’t have it. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed to cook all week. There was so much storage for all the food we brought. Extra fridge under the house was wonderful to have along with all the beach chairs. There were 4 couples and we will stay here again.

Family friendly

Three generations. Children from 10 mo. to 12 yrs. Plenty of rooms and privacy for all. Convenient access to the beach that was a game changer for parents of young ones. The small wading pool was a cool respite for the young ones, also.

The good: The location, proximity to the beach and size of the house were great! The layout of the house worked really well for our family. The kids LOVED the pool and the beach and took full advantage of both! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There are lots of games, puzzles and family activities. The closet on the porch is well equipped with beach necessities!The ish: the house needs some real maintenance. There are multiple broken tiles that stick up, one of which cut my foot in the kitchen. Sliding doors were off tracks, the shower in the bathroom on the main floor practically floods the floor because the doors don’t close properly, and the carpets desperately need to be cleaned. I’m not typically nitpicky, but for 13k a week I will absolutely nitpick. The dishwasher would not work and we notified the property management and no one ever came. The front door lock malfunctioned consistently and was addressed by maintenance on our first day but the issues continued. Overall, those issues really lowered the perceived value of the property. The house has all the potential in the world, it just sorely needs some attention.

A house was being built right next to us during our stay, but the waves drowned out most of the noise and it was kinda interesting to watch. It would have been nice for the pool to be heated warmer. When you pay that much extra it would be nice for it to be almost like a hot tub.

Family Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Lovin’. The property was beautiful and was spacious enough for all 14 of us! One of our grandsons is in a wheelchair and the elevator came in handy. The only negative is the condo across the street with public access to the beach. You have to set up very early in the morning or people will set up directly in front of the house. By mid morning the beach was very crowded. Other than that the property was perfect!
