Breezeway Recoating Project:



The project is scheduled to begin on September 14, 2026, and will progress in phases throughout the building through November 1st; dates subject to change. To minimize the overall duration of this project and reduce the length of disruption to owners and guests, the contractor will be working under an accelerated schedule. Work is expected to take place daily from 7:00 a.m. until dusk throughout the project. Owners and guests should also anticipate increased noise levels during the resurfacing process, particularly during the grinding and preparation of the existing floor coating. While every effort will be made to complete the work efficiently and professionally, this portion of the project will generate unavoidable construction noise. **Please note that the hot tub will remain closed at this time due to a leak that requires additional repair.**

• Freshly updated interior: All-new furnishings, fresh paint, and vinyl and tile flooring throughout create a bright, refreshed space for your stay.



• Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare everything from a quick beach-day breakfast to a family dinner with the conveniences of home.



• In-unit laundry: A full-size washer and dryer make it easy to refresh beach towels and keep packing light.



• Comfortable living area: Gather for a relaxing evening after a day in the sun. A queen-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.



• Primary bedroom: Enjoy a king-size bed and direct balcony access for a peaceful start or finish to your day.



• Second bedroom: A king-size bed offers a comfortable place to recharge for another day at the beach.



• Bunk room: A set of twin bunk beds provides a cozy sleeping space for younger guests. Children six years old or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk



• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry



• Maximum of two cars allowed. Guests are required to purchase parking passes and armbands upon arrival at Seawind: Parking passes - $60 each (limit 2), Armbands - $2 each (limit 8). Cash or check only.
