However... We are brand new and very comfortable. All of the furnishings are plush...and very clean.
This Gulf Shores AL condo is Directly on the Beach. Step off the elevator and you're there! Our Gulf Shores beachfront condo is so convenient and so comfortable for a rental condo that guests often remark about how much it feels like a home. When you rent a beach condo in Gulf Shores you sometimes don’t know what to expect. There is parking for two cars maximum on is the unit. A second can be purchased .This is subject to change at the guard gate with a completely filled out parking pass .

Beautifully decorated corner unit has breathtaking views from the oversized gulf front balcony, living area, master bedroom, or fabulous sunset views from our dining room!! King size beds in both the master and guest bedrooms-luggage racks in both bedrooms . Office/study has full/twin bunk combination. Both bathroom have built-in blow dryers Also, both bathrooms have private access from bedrooms. Imagine watching your favorite shows from any room on the hi def flat screens that are located throughout, or recline on the chaise lounge in the living area and enjoy the 40 inch hi def flat screen while viewing a most spectacular sunset. The master bedroom and living room present fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and both access the furnished balcony. This unit is a rare find in Beach Condos.
12th floor Seawind unit has a highly sought after sunset view, provides indescribable views from both the west facing picture window and the corner balcony that looks both south and west. Look for Dolphins as you view the Gulf Shores Beach shoreline from east to west from the balcony.
DVD players are also available with each tv. Just another day or evening in paradise as you watch the moonlight from your private balcony(accessible from both the living room and master bedroom.) Fully equipped kitchen, full sized laundry, and wireless high speed internet. State of the art Gulf Front Fitness Center, pool inside/outside(heated), kids' pool, Gulf Front hot tub- Within walking distance to many of your favorite restaurants and local attractions. Enjoy! Beach shoreline from east to west from the balcony.
The kitchen is very well equipped including stainless appliances and granite countertops and a large laundry and utility room with full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a rare feature in rental condos, a large walk-in closet. There are tile floors in the foyer, kitchen and baths, with carpet in the living area and bedrooms.
