Sea La Vie is a beautiful decorated, three-story, 3-bedroom, 3 -1/2 bath beach house with close to 2,400 square feet of living space and a convenient one-car garage with a golf cart to get to and from the beach or pools.

On the main level you’ll find a spacious living room with a decorative fireplace, dining room, and fully appointed kitchen with an eat-in breakfast area, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Included on this level there is a large private master suite with a garden tub and walk in shower, an additional half bath off the foyer area and a spacious screened porch that faces the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge.

On the second floor, you’ll discover two additional guest bedrooms with private bathrooms and a second-floor balcony.
The landing offers a twin bed and a desk if you need work while vacationing.

Other features include 9 and 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans in living area and all bedrooms, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

There is also a finished crow's nest that could be used as a fourth bedroom. The crow's nest offers 5 twin beds.
