Sanibel Condominiums is your oasis of relaxation on West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores! There’s a fitness center to keep you active, a sauna to melt away stress, and an outdoor pool for endless splashing fun. Imagine sizzling BBQ grills where you can cook up a storm, alongside picnic tables perfect for family gatherings. Plus, a short drive will take you to The Beach House Grill or local grocery stores like Rouse's Market and Walmart. Do you enjoy fishing boating kayaking swimming and walks on the beach? There is a fishing pier on Little Lagoon right outside. Beach access is about a 5 minute walk and nearby to restaurants like the iconic Hangout and Bahama Bob's.


This is a non-smoking property, and no pets are permitted. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Monthly rental rates are available November – March 1st. A 2-car maximum is strictly enforced.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
