Avoid the crowds and high rises in this peaceful, private beach community. Ft. Morgan is dog-friendly beach, so bring along your furry companions! Right now, we are also offering a complimentary 4-person golf cart.

Come inside, where the airy open-concept living room is adorned with spacious windows welcoming abundant natural light. Walk outside on the spacious upper porch featuring a new propane grill, seating for 8, and expansive views. Dreams Realized has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up 16 guests. Each bedroom features plush beds and an attached bathroom.

KITCHEN:
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to provide everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd. Complete with high end stainless-steel appliances and all the essentials, the space provides an ideal setting to enjoy with family and friends. Amenities include an air fryer, blender, Keurig, crockpot, chef's knife set, and tea pot. The home features a main fridge in the kitchen and a "beer" fridge in the second level laundry room.

LIVING ROOM
The kitchen space flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. The great room features custom furnishings and designer coastal finishes to create the perfect setting for group connection. Bring the passwords to your favorite streaming apps and kick back and relax while watching the large screen smart TV.

PETS
We're happy to welcome your furry companions! Please review our pet guidelines prior to booking:
-Make sure to check the "pet option" when booking.
-Dogs only (no cats or other animals).
-Maximum of 2 dogs per stay.
-Pet fee: $100 per pet (non-refundable), paid prior to arrive directly to owner.
-Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved.
-Please keep pets off furniture and beds.
-Crating is required if pets are left unattended in the home.
-Guests must clean up after pets both inside and outside.
-No excessive barking or disturbances to neighbors.

EXPECTATIONS:
-Each guest will have clean sheets and linens on each bed.
-One bath towel and one wash cloth per person are provided.
-Two hand towels per bathroom.
-Two kitchen dish rags and one dish towel.
-One roll of paper towel, two trash bags, one dish detergent.

A standard amenities package in each bathroom includes:
-1 bar of soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 lotion
-2 rolls of toilet paper

ELECTRIC GOLF CART
A golf cart is available for guest use to make getting around easy and fun! Please review the guidelines below:
-A refundable deposit of $300 will be charged to booking guest prior to stay. The golf cart is complementary for the duration of the stay.
-Driver requirements: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
-Use at your own risk - guests assume all responsibility while operating the cart.
-No reckless driving, racing, or off-road use.
-Stay on designated roads/areas only (no beach or dune access. Must stay within Surfside Shores Community limits)
-No more passengers than seat belts available
-No intoxicated driving - strictly prohibited

Charging and Care:
-Please return the cart to the charger after each use.
-Do not tamper with or modify the cart.
-Keep the cart clean and free of sand/debris.

Liability and Damages:
-A release of liability waiver must be signed by the booking guest prior to use.
-Guests are fully responsible for any damages, fines, or injuries related to use.
-Any repairs, loss of use, or violations will be charged to the booking guest.
