They must be pre purchased through https://sites.google.com/rccgulfshores.com/home/rccparking Pre registration and parking passes are unique to each guests vehicle and are required. The guard, at the guard house will request a printed registration and parking pass receipt. There will be a maximum of two parking passes for property and pre registration must match the occupancy of the property. Charges are $25 to $60 based on length of stay. Things to know • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. House rules • For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony.
