Elevate your Orange Beach experience by staying in this fabulous 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit, located on the 12th floor of the Phoenix East II condominium. With incredible views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass inlet, friends travelling together, or a small family will find it easy to get settled in and accomplish all their vacation goals and beyond! If you're looking to shop around, eat at casual to fine dining locations, or have some fun parasailing or going on dolphin cruises and other adventures, you'll have all of the best attractions at your fingertips during your stay at this lovely condo.

With enough space to sleep 10, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo boasts 1392 square feet of beautifully decorated interior space to serve as a home base for your next vacation. The master bedroom suite features a plush king bed, flat screen TV and the adjoining full-size bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The first guest room is equipped with two comfortable full beds, a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second guest room has a queen size bed. In the living room, a full-size sleeper sofa is available for extra sleeping space, as well as a flat screen TV with cable for watching your favorite shows as you lounge around on the sofa or side chairs. Free Wi-Fi is also provided throughout the condo. When you are not out enjoying the area s wide variety of restaurants, you can prepare a delicious meal at home in the condo s fully stocked kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including an ice maker and Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. You will also have a private balcony with a table and 6 chairs for enjoying coffee or drinks while overlooking the shimmering emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Amazing amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable include an indoor and outdoor pool, splash pad for the kids, sauna, and a hot tub! Looking for something a little more energetic? Whether you are looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold at the Phoenix East (not Phoenix East II) front desk and must be purchased upon arrival. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* ABSOLUTELY NO PETS

* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.

* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day.

* MONTHLY RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call for special monthly rates.

Roseneath House was absolutely perfect for my sister's Hen Do. Paul has thought of everything in the house, the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, the house was stunning and it was fabulous to have so many communal spaces both indoors and outdoors. The disco room was perfect for late night karaoke and the house was well sound-proofed according to those who went to bed early! We couldn't have hoped for a better place to host a hen do and all the ladies loved the house! We took a minibus to Bristol and would recommend Avon Minibuses for large groups.

Your right on the beach. Its a smaller building so there isn't as much noise. My toddler loved the splash pad they have. There was enough room for seven of us. The condo could use some fresh paint. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again. They have the condo very well stocked and they have plenty of beach toys to use. We loved everything about this condo.

Place was very nice. The service from the Leasing agency was amazing. They communicated a lot and responded quickly. My only negative is that I thought the bedroom connected to the balcony. Not really a big deal but my mind was thinking that.

We had a great stay at the Phoenix II. Our kids LOVED the pools and beach access was close and easy. The condo has a wonderful view of the ocean. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had everyhting we needed. Great location.

The view from this unit is what sold us! You can see up and down the beach and spend hours on the spacious balcony. The master bedroom was not beachside, which was the only negative but overall highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay, recently renovated and great location. The interior and views looked just like the pictures. Downside: mattresses need to be replaced and you can hear chairs or furniture being moved around on the tile floor from the unit above and that kept us awake at night.

We are snowbirds who come to OB for an extended period of time in Feb-Mar. During our time, various friends and family join us. We prefer being by the Channel for convenience and access to both Pensacola and Mobile. 2121 Phoenix East II was a wonderful venue. Well appointed and comfortable! The view is awesome for both sunrise and sunset as well as general views of the Gulf and Bay areas. Quieter location which we appreciated. The staff there, and that of @sandsofalabama were friendly and very helpful for anything we needed. Only recommendation is that the wifi needs updating as it was inconsistent and not strong enough for the size of the condo. We will definitely be back!!

The place was wonderful! Spacious for the four of us. Not a bad walk to the beach. The pool was very nice too. The location was a short drive to shopping and restaurants.
