As you enter, you'll encounter a guard shack where you can acquire parking passes and any essential information about the complex. This gated resort community offers a wealth of amenities, from tennis courts, volleyball, and a putting green to basketball courts, shuffleboard, outdoor swimming pools, and several grill areas. You can also enjoy dining at the Sassy Bass restaurant.

The complex provides access to private, sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and lush landscaping. It offers activities for all ages, making it a perfect choice for family getaways. The adjacent Kiva Dunes Golf Club and its excellent restaurant are just a short walk away, while you're only a 15-minute drive from the numerous attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer. Please note that boats are not allowed on the property.

This elegant and updated condo boasts a new kitchen, fresh paint, doors, and crown molding. Inside the unit, you'll find free Wi-Fi, cable, and flat-screen TVs in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and features a new dining room table. The living room has been thoughtfully furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV with a DVD collection and player, brand new chairs, and a new credenza. The master bedroom offers unparalleled views from the new king-size bed, along with a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and a spacious closet with shelving. The master bath has also been recently remodeled. The guest bedroom features a new king-size bed and updated furniture, along with a large closet. An additional newly remodeled bathroom is conveniently located just outside this bedroom, creating an additional suite-like space. A coin-operated laundry facility with washers and dryers is just a few steps down the hall for your convenience. If you're seeking all the comforts of home along with fantastic resort amenities, Gulf Shores Plantation 3214 is the perfect destination for you. The complex is gated, and 24-hour security is available on-site.

For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations that don't meet this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months with a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking passes must be purchased via a link sent two days before your arrival to secure parking.
Linens are provided; please remember to bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.
Boats or trailers are not allowed on the property.
