• Rental Agreement & Security Deposit: You’ll receive a short rental agreement to sign after booking. A $200 security deposit hold (not a charge) is placed 3 days before arrival and released 3 days after departure.
• Flexible Check-In/Out Options: Early check-in (2:00 PM) and late check-out (11:00 AM) are available for a $50 fee each, subject to availability
• Occupancy & Pets: Max occupancy is 6 guests. Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior approval and $150 fee / per dog.
• Policies: No smoking, vaping, parties, or events. Quiet hours after 11 PM.
• Safety & Cleaning: Equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, plus fresh linens, towels, and starter essentials provided.
