Guest Access: Our guests may access the beach, (tower) outdoor pools, kiddie pools and whirlpools with condo rental and the fine-dining restaurant and bar located atop The Club House, 2 DVD rental machines and an ATM machine in the Lobby of The Club House.

Club Level Access: For an additional daily usage fee through The Beach Club Clubhouse, you and your guests can also gain access to The Club’s fully-equipped fitness center, men's and women's locker rooms with saunas and steam rooms, kids gaming room and The Club House pools featuring a heated indoor and outdoor pool, children's pool, whirlpool and poolside bar and grill and ping-pong. This full service resort also boasts a European health spa with treatment and massage rooms (treatment fees available at the front desk), continually maintained hydro-clay tennis courts (and tennis lessons!), basketball court, shuffle board & horse shoes, life-size Chess & Checkers and sand volleyball on the lawn, Village Market and Grill and the Village Mercantile, which offers the latest in beach attire and gifts.

ADDITIONAL FEES:
- Cleaning Fee of $200 plus 6% Sales Tax

- Parking Fee – Effective June 2023, The Beach Club is imposing a Guest Parking Fee for each vehicle in your party during your stay. The parking fee is $40 per vehicle. This fee along with the license plate number and driver name for each vehicle will be collected by the Property Manager one month prior to arrival. Further details regarding parking passes will be emailed to each guest after a reservation is made.
