This 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit has many special features - but what you’ll love most is it’s nearly 600 sq ft. wrap-around balcony! Sleeper sofa in living room and seating for 4-5 at dining table, and 3 at the bar! Two of the 3 bedrooms face the Gulf and have direct access to this fabulous balcony, a very unique feature as most beachfront condos only have balcony access from the master! Also, this floor plan is the largest 3 bedroom layout in the complex with 1547 square feet of living space!

You will find the condo is equipped for all your home-away-from-home vacation needs.

Each bedroom has its own attached full bath. Each bath is provided with a blow dryer! The very large master bedroom suite contains a king-size bed, plus a loveseat to relax and enjoy the beautiful view!. The master bath features a walk-in closet, double vanity, walk-in shower and a separate whirlpool tub. The two other bedrooms both have queen beds. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. *Upgraded tv/cable/WiFi * Netflix streaming and high-speed Wi-Fi internet is provided. The condo is also equipped with flat-screen TV's. All TVs are connected to Dish network, with access to 1000’s of free movies. New 70” wall-mounted tv in living room; perfect for the big game! Master bedroom has a new 55” wall-mounted-tv for your viewing pleasure. Secondary bedrooms feature a new 50” wall-mount in the front bedroom; and a 29” wall-mounted tv in the balcony bedroom!! For your time on the beach, beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach (usually available March thru October). There are some beach toys provided in the laundry room. Please feel free to use these but return them to the laundry room at the end of your stay, thanks! NO Pets, and NO Smoking in unit or on balcony. Fines and extra cleaning charges will be charged. (Sorry!). These are rules for the entire complex.

This condo is located in The Lighthouse, Gulf Shores' most popular vacation complex. Property amenities include two outdoor pools (one kid-friendly zero-entry pool), one indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, and an exercise room.

Parking passes are now purchased at the gate (or at the desk in the 2nd floor lobby) upon arrival at The Lighthouse. You may purchase 1-2 parking passes for $50 each, effective 5.1.22, and subject to change. Payment is credit card only. You will receive a pool area access code when you get your parking pass and wristband information.

Gulf Shores and the Alabama Gulf Coast area have many wonderful activities for family members of all ages! The Hangout and Sea- N-Suds are within walking distance, and Oyster House, Shrimp Basket, and numerous other terrific restaurants are just a short drive away from our condo.

Gulf Shores State Park is just 2 minutes away, with miles of trails, perfect for walking or biking! Bicycle rentals are available at the park and at other local vendors. They also offer Segway tours! Other nearby attractions include water and amusement park, a zoo, miniature golf, and go-kart tracks. The Tanger Outlet Mall located in Foley, is about a 20 minute drive from the beach, and there are numerous fishing charters, tennis facilities and world-class golf courses nearby. The Wharf, located in nearby Orange Beach, has many shops, restaurants, - and a Ferris wheel! There is also an amphitheater featuring national acts such as Luke Bryan and Keith Urban! Short day trips include historical Ft. Morgan, taking the ferry across Mobile Bay to visit the Dauphin Island Estuarium Sea Lab and the Bird Sanctuary, and Pensacola, FL where you can visit the Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world famous Blue Angels).

Winter bookings: Please contact us before booking. We will only book Jan. and Feb. together as a two month block. The VRBO Instant Booking system will allow you to book less than two months but we will not honor shorter bookings. Winter bookings have different deposit, balance, and cancellation requirements. NOTE: Cancellations must be prior to 30 days before arrival to receive a refund. Refunds for weather will only be given in the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation. Please review with owner before booking if you have questions.
