Fantastic 1 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom vacation rental with tasteful décor on 7th floor of Phoenix All Suites.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Staff very friendly and while property is older, it was kept up nicely. Very walkable to lots of options for dining, shopping and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

Right in the middle of everything. Never got back in our car. Multiple restaurants choices STEPS away from the condo. Perfect for a weekend stay.

Quiet Clean Beach Condo/Building Needs Updating

Nice quiet, clean beach area, restaurants with in walking distance however condo and building could use updating. The condo itself has old mattress you can feel the springs in your back, dishwasher has broken handle and dangerous. The furniture is old and uncomfortable.

The view was spectacular and the location couldn't be beat. The furnitire needs updated but the bed was comfortable. Everything there that you need for the kitchen although we didn't use it.

We had a wonderful stay. The view was the best part of this location! It was fantastic! The condo was clean and easy to get into. The only downside of this location were the beds. They were not that great. Overall, it was a great condo.

It is located very convenient to food and is beachfront! Once we arrived we didnt even have to get back in the car! Our unit was very clean and exactly what we needed.

Great location! Unit was clean but in need of a major facelift.

The location of this property was perfect for our Winter weekend getaway! The balcony was perfect for viewing the sunrise and sunset. The unit was clean. But all of the furniture and appliances are in need of an upgrade.

Great location

We have stayed at Phoenix all suites numerous times because you can’t beat the location. On this trip parking was an issue due to machines and trucks in the parking lot. The bed and living room furniture were very uncomfortable. On a positive note, the kitchen counters and paint were very nice. And the view was beautiful.

Location Location Location

Absolutely the best location. Walking distant to great shopping and restaurants. It’s right on top of a Boardwalk, and the beach. However, I was disappointed with the size of the pool. The arrival and departure were extremely easy. Parking was great and the unit had all aminities needed. The bed was comfortable. The elevators were slow. All & all we had a great trip and enjoyed our stay at Phoenix All suites.

We were very close to the beach. The location was perfect. I was able to take a walk on the boardwalk in the mornings and we were able to walk to dinner every night.

No blankets

The condo was listed as “sleeps 6” but there was no bedding for the couch bed. When we requested bedding from the front desk we were told “we don’t do blankets because of covid.” We had thin sheet like blankets on all the other beds but the couch bed was useless. The elevators are very hot and slow. The floors of the condo were dirty when we arrived. The swimming pool is super tiny but the little kids enjoyed it when it wasn’t crowded. Overall disappointing because Phoenixes are normally our go to condo buildings.

Perfect location

We stayed for a long weekend in June. We parked in the lower level parking and only drove one time during our stay; we walked to all the stores and restaurants. There is a Dollar General and a market grocery within a 10 min walk from the property. The room is a little dated, but it was good for our needs, and the view of the beach was absolutely perfect. AC was cold, all the appliances worked, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I would recommend updating the bathroom, especially the shower. It was roomy for just me and my wife but would be a little cramped if six people stayed. I would book the property again if we come back to Gulf Shores.

Awesome vacation

Nice location. Enjoyed the pools and beach access. Also close to Bahama Bobs. Rooms were clean when we arrived but with being on the beach, we tracked in some sand. There was a broom but no dustpan to pick up the dirt/sand. Definitely would stay there again!

Easy to find, great customer service, anytime I had a question before vacation, I was contacted within 24 hours with answers. The place was clean and employees were friendly! We will stay here again 10/10

Unacceptable stay

We couldnt go to the beach from our hotel. It was blocked off for a festival. We never even went to the beach. This was the main reason we came to the beach. All we wanted to do was rent chairs and an umbrella and stay at the beach all day and relax. But we couldn’t do that because off all the construction. Our bed in the hotel needs to be replaced. It is so uncomfortable. The couch needs to be replaced. It is worn out. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Beach shut off for our access.

They closed off the beaches, so we had to drive 2 miles just to spend time on the beach. They closed off entry to our hotel, so we had to argue with the person not letting people in, just to finally get in to our hotel. I know the owner sent an email telling of the closure, but we didn't realize until Monday that we wouldn't be able to even go to the beach. I think I should have gotten at least a partial refund. Had I known how it woukd be, I woukd not have rented this place.
